Sunny Financing (operated by Sunny Financing LLC) is a business-financing comparison and referral service. We are not a lender, bank, credit union, financing broker-of-record, or financial advisor. We do not issue loans, extend credit, fund advances, or provide any financial product ourselves.

We do not make credit decisions. We do not approve or deny applications, and we do not set, negotiate, or control any rates, fees, amounts, terms, or conditions. Any financing you may receive comes from an independent third-party provider, not from Sunny Financing.

How Our Service Works

When you submit an inquiry, we collect a short set of business-funding details. With your consent, we may share that information with selected independent third-party financing providers in our network so they can evaluate whether they may be able to offer you a financing product.

Each provider independently reviews your information and, at its sole discretion, decides whether to contact you, whether to extend an offer, and what products, rates, amounts, and terms (if any) to make available. All such decisions, offers, agreements, and funding are solely between you and that provider.

Sunny Financing is not a party to any financing agreement you may enter into with a provider and is not responsible for a provider's products, decisions, servicing, disclosures, or conduct.

Independent Third-Party Providers Determine Everything

The independent third-party providers in our network are solely responsible for determining, in their own discretion: the financing products they offer; eligibility and underwriting criteria; interest rates, factor rates, fees, and other costs; approval or denial; funding amounts; funding timelines; and all other terms and conditions.

We do not endorse, guarantee, or warrant any provider or any provider's product. Before accepting any financing, you should review the provider's own agreement, disclosures, rates, fees, and terms directly and independently, and consider seeking advice from your own qualified professional advisors.

How We Are Compensated

Sunny Financing may receive compensation from participating providers when we refer an inquiry or when a referred inquiry results in a completed transaction. This means we have a financial relationship with the providers in our network.

This compensation may influence which providers participate in our network and may affect the order or manner in which providers or products are presented. Compensation is paid by providers, not by you, for using our comparison and referral service. However, you should not assume that any provider shown to you is the only, best, lowest-cost, or most suitable option available to you in the wider market.

No Guarantee of Approval, Offers, or Terms

Using Sunny Financing does not guarantee that you will be approved for financing, that you will receive any offer, or that you will receive multiple offers. Many inquiries may not result in an offer at all.

We do not guarantee any specific rate, fee, amount, product, term, or funding timeline. We do not and cannot promise the lowest rate, the best product, the fastest funding, or the most favorable terms. Any references to speed, ease, or simplicity describe our inquiry process generally and are not a promise of any outcome.

Approval, terms, and funding are determined solely by the independent providers, based on their own criteria and their assessment of your business and the information provided.

Credit Inquiries and Underwriting Decisions

Sunny Financing does not pull, run, or make decisions based on your credit. Any decision to review credit, obtain a credit report, or perform underwriting is made solely by the independent third-party provider(s) you are matched with, in accordance with their own policies and applicable law.

A provider may, at its discretion and with the applicable authorization, conduct a credit inquiry (which could be a soft or hard inquiry). Whether an inquiry occurs, its type, and its effect on your credit are determined by the provider, not by Sunny Financing. Please review the provider's disclosures for details.

Information We Collect and Consent

Our inquiry collects a limited set of business-funding details. We do not collect Social Security numbers, full bank-account numbers, banking login credentials, tax returns, government-issued identification, full dates of birth, or payment-card data through our inquiry.

Where our forms request consent, that consent is meaningful: you may be asked to confirm that you agree to be contacted, that you consent to your information being shared with participating providers, that your inquiry is for a business purpose, and that the information you provide is accurate. Providers may separately request additional information and consents directly from you as part of their own process.
